The project aims to serve widows, patients and people with special needs who support their families.
This project consists of giving the beneficiary a small project such as (a head of livestock or a kiosk with goods)
so that this project becomes a source of regular income that brings economic and social stability to the family. The beneficiaries of the services are followed up to ensure their ability to manage their projects and achieve maximum benefit from them. Humanitarian aid: Medical aid: Prosthetic devices – artificial limbs – heart operations for adults and children – eye operations for adults and children –
health care and drug purchase – incubators for premature babies
– treatment of cancer patients in Shefaa Al Orman Hospitals for cancer treatment in Upper Egypt in Luxor.. Hospital (1)
for adults and Hospital (2) for children.

Marriage of orphans - foodstuffs in Ramadan - meat on Eid al-Adha - blankets and quilts in winter
- in-kind donations of home furnishings for the poor. Contribute to national campaigns: The association sponsored a number of national campaigns, including: - The national campaign of the National Cancer Institute. - National Children's Cancer Hospital Campaign 57357. - The national campaign for the orphan child and the alternative family. The National Campaign for the Disabled Child. - National blood donation campaign. - The national campaign for Umm Al-Masryeen Hospital. * Foundation project for each village: It aims to develop poor villages in cooperation with the private sector, through: Village development projects. Medical treatment convoys. Pure water connections. - electricity connection. - Trellis houses. *orphan day : The celebration aims to direct the community's attention to the need to take care of the orphan child, both morally and financially.

established in 1993. It aims to serve all needy segments of Egyptian society without any religious or political discrimination, 
in an advanced institutional manner that emphasizes the role of civil work in the economic and social growth of societies.
- The association relies on its funding only on in-kind and cash donations from Egyptians.

The association runs five homes for the care of orphans and orphans with disabilities,

Oncology patients' guest house:
It provides its services to patients from all over the Republic who are receiving treatment at the National Cancer Institute and hosts,
