Sobek Sports is operated now by high qualified employees with 5–15 years of experience in the fitness and sports field’s sales, marketing, maintenance, warehousing and spare parts ordering. Three new departments have been created to provide maximum market support: Customer Support Center. Call Center responsible for receiving complaints and maintenance orders with an objective of achieving lead-time for each order of 24 hours for Cairo, and 48 hours outside Cairo. Design Center responsible for preparing 2D and 3D layouts proposals best fit equipping of customer targeted area. At Sobek Sports, we aim to give advice to the customer.
